Epson describes its WorkForce WF-2540 as the smallest physical integration into its line, and it's unquestionably small at 15 inches wide and 4 inches deep. Keep in mind that you will need an additional 7 inches of height in your work area to accommodate the 100-sheet paper input tray that extends from the back of the device.
The all-time low output tray also protrudes a few inches to hold the print out, but there's no doubt that this machine jams a lot of features straight into the relatively minor impact. A 30-sheet flatbed scanner and automatic document feeder (ADF) are located on top of the unit, and there is a flexible lock that moves back and forth on the ADF to hold paper dimensions up to 8 inches by 5 inches.
