Solution 2: Restart the Print Spooler Service
  1. Hold Windows key + R then type services.msc Then Enter
  2. Locate and double click the Print Spooler service
  3. Make sure the Startup type is set to Automatic, click Stop and then click Start again
  4. Try your printer again. Has it worked?

Solution 3: Remove Printer Driver
