- Entering Service Mode
- Turn off the printer (ON/OFF)
- Press and hold STOP/RESET
- Press Power ON/OFF
- Release STOP/RESET (Note: power ON/OFF is still being held
- Press STOP/RESET button 6x and release STOP/RESET and Power ON/OFF
- Entering Service Mode, all LEDs will stop flashing
Method 1: Clean Play Ink Counter
- Load paper into the printer
- Clear the ink counter, select MAIN (1)
- Click SET (2), wait for the printer to finish printing
- Close Service Tool
- Turn off the printer (wait 10 seconds)
- Turn on the printer.
- Printer ready to use
Method 2: Clean Main Ink Counter and Plate
- Load paper into the printer
- Clear the ink counter, select MAIN (1)
- Click SET (2), wait for the printer to finish printing
- Remove the ink counter, select PLATEN (3)
- Click SET (4), wait for the printer to finish printing
- Close Service Tool
- Turn off the printer (wait 10 seconds)

- Ink counter, select Primary (1)
- Counter value = 0% (2)
- Click SET (3)

- Ink counter, select Main & Plates (1)

Notes:
- MAIN resets the main waste ink counter.
- PLATEN resets the plate waste ink counter.
