Prey is a very useful lightweight application to install on your laptop. In case of theft or loss, the owner can find out the location. This program runs without notification. You simply register yourself and your laptop, install it, then leave it in the system.
Only a few resources are used, let alone high usability makes us recommend it. If you need help with this app, visit the Prey website and activate the alerts.
Then, you can choose whether to display a message on the screen, take a photo of the user or robber using a webcam from afar, or localize it on the map. Prey is one of those programs that we don't want to use, but it's highly recommended to install.
