Cortana is a personal application originally developed by Microsoft for Windows 10, now also available for iOS, Xbox One and iOS. The application that is often compared to Google Now by Google and Siri by Apple is able to beat both.

The development of Cortana, which has formed a team as an initial prototype builder since 2009, is basically an application to recognize voices, set reminders and even understand users. The name Cortana is actually inspired by the fictional game character made by Microsoft in the HALO series.

The way Cortana works, which uses Bing or better known as the decision-making engine, will provide better performance if users use it frequently. This is due to the use of Bing which can recognize the questions asked based on the behavior of the user. Cortana will collect information about you through the activities you perform.
